1. Charge fully on first use (about 2 hours via USB-C).
2. Place the massager over your eyes, eye cups aligned with your eye sockets. Adjust the strap so it sits gently — never tight.
3. Press the power button. You'll land in the default mode. Hold the button to cycle through Sleep, Relax, Energize, or Cooling.
4. For cooling mode, place the gel inserts in the freezer for 15–30 minutes beforehand.
5. Pair with your phone via Bluetooth if you want to layer in audio.
6. Use for one 15-minute cycle. The device shuts off automatically when the timer finishes.
7. Wipe the eye cups with a soft cloth between uses. Don't soak or rinse — it's electronic.
